So happy with my kit!

I got the DNA Wellness Kit and just received my reports. It was super easy to do the sample collection at home, and the turnaround time for the results was really quick, only took about 3 weeks. The Fitness Report had some great insights I hadn't seen before. I'm already planning to get a Personalized Meal Plan next. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Good supplements, fast shipping

I decided to try the Monthly Supplement Subscription for their Probiotics. I've been feeling a bit sluggish lately, and a friend recommended I look into gut health. The website was pretty straightforward to navigate. Shipping was decent, got my first bottle in about 5 days which isn't bad considering I'm in Arizona. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged. I definitely feel a bit better already after a couple of weeks taking them, so I'll keep the subscription going for now.

Reliable service and reports

I've been a customer for a while now, this was my third order. I initially got the DNA Wellness Kit a year ago and have been getting their Personalized Supplements ever since. This time I ordered the Methylated B-Complex after my new Health and Wellness Report recommended it. Their service is consistently good, and the recommendations usually track with how I'm feeling. Shipping was quick, like always. The reports are easy to understand, even if some of the science stuff goes over my head a little. I appreciate that they keep improving the insights too.

Thinking of getting one of those DNA kits from LifeDNA. Anyone know if they ever do sales? Don't wanna pay full price if I can snag a Black Friday deal or something.

E Editor 1 month ago
Yeah, they totally do! I got my kit during their New Year's sale, saved a good chunk. They usually have stuff around holidays like Black Friday, Cyber Monday too. Keep an eye out.

They do often. I think I saw something recently about 10-25% off kits sometimes, even bigger on the supplement bundles if you go that route. Just check their site during major sale times.

Hey, wondering about LifeDNA vs. 23andMe for the health stuff. Anyone used both or have thoughts on which one's better for actual personalized reports, especially for diet/fitness?

S Stella 1 week ago
I've only used LifeDNA but my friend did 23andMe. She said 23andMe was cool for ancestry but the health stuff was pretty general. LifeDNA felt way more specific with the diet and workout recommendations for me.

Yeah, I uploaded my 23andMe data to LifeDNA actually. 23andMe is fine for the basics, but LifeDNA's reports broke down a lot more detailed insights into what foods and exercises work best for my genes. Way more actionable advice.
